Cyclone, flashers under playfield dont work

My flashlamps under the playfield beside the hidden ramp between "the boomerang- and the spookhouse-inlet" dont flash. The bulbs are brand new. How come?

What is the voltage at the flasher wire tabs?

Those three locations need to be 1251 flashers. They are much higher voltage in those three spots and your regular flashers will burn out almost immediately if used there.

A handful of games used them in addition to Cyclone (like Space Station).
