First thing to do is swap the ends on the ribbon cable to the display and see if different portions of the display go out. It looks like the adhesive on the standoffs has failed and the displays are hanging by only the solder joints - not good.
If ALL the lights under the playfield don't work, you probably have a burnt connector on the GI relay under the playfield. This is located towards the back of the playfield.

It's working! 1 digit is down but, eh, I can play again! Few month's back I've made a mistake by replacing the ribbon cable upside down on the board... Anyway, thank's for the help .
Just one last question, is it possible to save highscores and if the battery have something to do with it?

Always start with the easy stuff. Congrats.
Yes, if the batteries are not working/not installed it will not save the high scores when you shut the machine off.

Since this is sorted, can someone tell me when the drop target in the center should be raised or lowered?

From what I know, it should be lowered when you hit it , then the machine will enter in what I call the mystery mode (don't know if it's the real name) and when the mode end, the target should be raised.

How the heck did you come up with that with no pics of the boards?

This?

Seriously?
It's not necessary (or even expected in any way) to see pictures of the cause to diagnose a picture of the effect.
