My boomerang flashers worked fine then stopped. Found a burned out bulb so I replaced it with an 89. Now it keeps blowing the first bulb and then none work in the line. The 89's were in there when i got it. Suggestions?

All the sockets look good. Nothing touching and wires are good

During the test the dmd says 1251. I will pick some up and report later. Thank you for the help

I tested the transistor as described and my meter beeps. Not a constant buzz like it has constant continuity.

Need to order 1251 bulbs.
