If you have a CV what rom are you running. When I got my CV 2 1/2 years ago it had 1.4. I had 1.4 in it for about 3 months. Ever since I have had the 2.0 home rom. With 1.4 I would get neon multiball all the time every other game. In the past 2 year with 2.0 home rom I have gotten neon multiball maybe 5 times. Has anyone switched back to older roms?

I've always run the home ROMs. In the almost 4 years I've had it, I've seen neon multiball once. And of course that was the one time my mother-in-law ever played it...go figure. I have no idea why it never comes up...very disappointing. While I appreciate the work that went into the home ROMs and the things that were added, I really wish some programming genius would go back into it, make Copycat optional (WTF...they make kangaroo jump that actually fits the theme optional, but makes a stupid Simon rip-off mandatory???) and fix Neon multiball. Then the game would be absolutely perfect!

I am going to put 1.4 rom back in for awhile and see how it is. I know with 1.4 I got neon multiball a lot. Neon multiball is one of the best multiballs in pinball next to AFM strob multiball. I can always switch back.

Does 1.4 award acrobat even if the ramp is not made? Mine has the home ROM and you have to make the full loop is which is how it should be. I've seen neon multiball a couple of times, would definitely benefit the game if it happened more frequently.

With 1.4 it happens all the time. Not sure about acrobat ramp.

Home ROM is great, we actually have seen Neon MB about 10 times in 5 months, not sure why it does not come up often. I agree totally, get Copy Cat OUT OF THERE and replace it with a Pie the clown or dunk the dummy, something, anything other then Copy Cat UGH! Otherwise, I love the home roms, CV rocks!!

I read someplace that you had a greater chance of seeing Neon Multiball if you started a multiball before hitting the side show shot and collecting the side show award.

I've tried that before with the Ring Master Frenzy, and that didn't seem to make a difference. I wonder if it has to be High Wire Multiball? If so, that's hard, because a missed shot to the left of the ramp will collect the side show award.

I wish Neon Multiball happened as often as Strobe Multiball in AFM. Neon Multiball is awesome.

1.4 is the way to go. Home rom has some quirks but i like 1.4 plus in home rom it is free play only. So if you have tokens ur a screwed. And i like neon multiball to much to goto home rom again.
