My CV has had no issues for the last few years. Last week I moved it into a different room, set it back up and leveled the pin. After playing a few games, I would make a shot and the ball would get lost.The pin would go into ball search but the ball would not enter back onto the playfield. Removed the playfield glass and inspect the playfield area. No ball on the top side. Lifted the playfield and would find the ball in the subway ramp. After some checking I found that shooting the left lane and the ball drops into the subway ramp which feeds the right hand popper, the ball doesn't reach the popper. I put my phone inside the machine and recorded a video of the ball going through the subway ramp. It stops short of the popper , right at the "Y" intersection (as you can see in the picture). I removed the short piece of subway that is retained by 2 screws and found that there is an "L" bracket that is riveted to the subway that rests on the Ringmaster assembly bracket. Unsure if this bracket is suppose to be spot welded to the ringmaster bracket and with the ramp not attached, will affect the slope of the ramp. Anyone have issues/ solutions to this condition?
