I use a Tablo with a usb hard drive as a DVR. Connect it to my antenna and router and install the program on my Roku stick and I got OTA channels wireless. It works very well.

Make sure that you check your bill in about a year the price may go up to match the new speed. Then you have to call them again and bitch.
