Spooky Pinball, 2017My ACNC had the wireform come loose and swing across the upper PF and scratch it deeply. Called Spooky and they send me a new upper PF. I did not ask for it to be covered but I never was billed. I guess this puts the pressure on them to keep being awesome when it would be so easy to be like some other manufacturers.
They are not perfect nor do they pretend to be and they have been more than fair to me more than once. Advancing the ball.
