I see online and at Home Depot you can have them match a color swatch and make custom spray paint.
Anyone have any experience with this?

Yeah, PPG has been doing that for a couple years I know for sure. I had a couple cans made from paint I already had and it was a great match but, it also was just a common color of green (teal). It is not cheap, I paid $15.00 a can but that was 2 years ago so it may be lower now with others making it now.

Yes only the standard spray paint tip on every can produced. Also just as mixing regular paint the smart thing to do is be sure you get enough the first time to better ensure complete color match.
