    Quoted from Viggin900:

I am making a beer tap shooter rod. I was wondering if anyone has figured out a way or sells something so the end of it stays in one position, doesn't rotate. What I have in mind won't work if it is spinning around upside down etc. Thanks!

There are a few possible ways to do this. The most common way to attache a handle or a knob to a shaft in a fixed position is to use a set screw. You can also use a D shaft, which would require the rod to have a flat filed end section and the part molded with a similar shaped receptacle, or you can use a D shaft with a set screw, or a keyed rod and handle combination.
