I sent a PM to Robin about this and he thinks this is a bug.
If you change the "Rating Weightings" in your profile, and save those changes, then later if you make a new review it does not use the new weighting. Guessing that it still uses the standard ratings. After you enter a new review, you have to press the <Preview your ratings> and <Save changes> buttons in order for them to take effect with the weighting you want. If you edit/change a rating, the same thing happens and you need to go back in again and press the <Preview your ratings> and <Save changes> buttons in order for the changes to take effect with your personal rating weighting.
