Wizard of Oz has pages of 10/10 ratings but only one 1/10. If the Trimmed Mean just removed those scores, I could see the mean dropping big time. Dialed In, on the other hand, only has 16 perfect ratings out of 449. Hobbit's lowest rating is in the 4's but has 13 perfect scores. Remove the perfect ten scores and you would see a change in average if nothing is being removed on the bottom end.
It does not state what scores or percentage of outliers are removed but this may be a question for Robin or Martijn.
