Quoted from NextoPin:HA, I thought so! I saw that once and thought it looked like an aztec.
Do you have it programmed to play aztec? Is the source available?
I do not. Might be something fun to do at some point.

Quoted from blue95:Homepin are developing an add-on module especially for this.
I just sent homepin an email, sounds like he built a few prototypes, but they were too expensive to produce.

Wow that's a dream theme of mine.
Quoted from Hazoff:Wow that's a dream theme of mine.
This will be just a wacky retheme but I too would like to see a Slayer pin be made .
The "Summerbreeze" machine looks really nice.

Now that is a nice looking retheme!
I would love to see Metallica converted to Demon Knight. It was a movie in the TFTC franchise. I always felt Metallica was the updated version of TFTC made today by Borg. I want to like Metallica but can't get the pin going like my TFTC. Always thought the Cryptkeeper could be in the electric chair " like the Halloween toy I have that shakes and lights up" and the grave could be entrance to his lair like show intro.
not exactly a re-theme, but a great customization

I like it, did someone here do this?

There are quite a few good ones, but this one is my favorite.

I plan to start on my SG2 this weekend. If I actually finish it some day, I plan to start a custom pin.
I'm thinking of picking up a Met Pre again and re theme it to a Slayer. Eliminate all call outs change cab decals and back glass, all the songs Slayer.
Tons of updates on my Goonies pin.
I changed up the side art:

also an update on mine, I decided to ditch the theme that I was going to do and go with something more focused on one person so that will be announced at a later date
another question, what is the best way to add sound onto an EM machine
thats a Q I'd thought about briefly.. Ebay has little voice-sound recording greeting card modules pretty darn cheap, it might be fairly simple to add as many as you want (supplying them power, adding micro leaf switches behind switches) and feeding their outputs to a small amp (TDA7297 are dirt cheep) and pair of speakers. it'd be external of the game's own electrics, shouldnt hurt anything if done correctly. note about TDA7297: sounds nicer to me after swapping in a pair of 2.2uF as input capacitors and 3300uF supply-buffer cap, decent bass from a $3.00 amp?!
20 bucks in parts and some time spent might make for all kinds of crazy on an EM or solid state machine if someone got creative with the soundbytes.

Yep, and I have an extra brand new one if anyone is interested. Can save you a few bucks from the linked price!

It appears you are the only place to get one as they are out of stock and backordered. I was thinking about putting one in my Swinger EM and playing some big band music when you hit the moving target.
Anyone know if these can play more than one sound at a time, can I have music playing and still have sound effects without stopping the music?
Unfortunately, they can not play more than 1 file at a time. If you wanted a background track and sounds with targets you would need to use 2 of them.
There is also a .wav trigger now that seems to be replacing the mp3 trigger. I think I read that you can play multiple tracks at the same time on the new one.

Now that's what I'm talkin about! Thank you sir! Just put it on my Xmas list, hopefully Mrs. Claus will get me one this year.
I have used the WAV Trigger before and it is awesome. It supports polyphony as well as some other really cool features.

I did, thanks! I didn't realize there were going to be awards at the Free Play Florida show, so that was a pleasant surprise.
- Best Homebrew
- Cool New Title
- Best of Show
Pretty rad. They gave me a new pinball cart for winning Best of Show. Just what I needed.

Here is a question to you all, if you were to customize a pinball machine into a video game theme what would you choose?
Quoted from PinBiohazard:Here is a question to you all, if you were to customize a pinball machine into a video game theme what would you choose?
Legend of Zelda
Quoted from mikeatsparkys:Legend of Zelda
would you make it like a 25th anniversary edition
After looking at your Goonies machine, I was chatting with my buddy about re theaming my bally mystic into something else. Legend of Zelda is the best theme I've heard. The original nes game was my favorite as a kid.

Castlevania! And not one of those goofy newer ones where you play as a vampire - I'm talkin' Belmonts, whips and Hammer horror monsters!
