I thought it had only been six months, but 11 months after I started experimenting with lock bar engraving, I’ve finally finished a couple. Not going to be cheap at all, but I’m here for the few that want something over the top to go with their HEP restored table. I put the TZ on eBay today and it was up to over $300 within the first couple hours, I’ll be selling them no reserve so the market will determine value. I will however listen to requests and see if anyone interested may want to pay what I need to make sense of this service. I do lots of guns and those can get up in the several hundred and on occasion thousands for the same amount of service, but again, I’ll try to work with anyone interested on getting that one of a kind over the top mod. Message me if you have an idea and I’ll try to get you a price. Please understand that this deep relief engraving is not cheap.. not at all. I do however offer service that is more surface engraving and that starts around $50 per 2x3 size design (or opproximatly). The surface engraving is a single pass of the laser where the deep relief can be 400-600 passes depending on the design. Message me if interested. Thanks

Sorry for the rookie question, but I keep seeing this abbreviation "HEP". What does it stand for?

I still dont know why white water is abbreviated wh20 ?

W for white h2o for water. Also keeps it from being confused with whirlwind or waterworld.

Wow! They look amazing.

#17 6 years ago

These look cool. The nice thing about them above and beyond that though is how easily you can install and remove the mod.
Easier than pulling the glass.

For the record, this is a singular entity. Some *cough* 'historians' will use the term interchangeably with any "high class restoration," which is not true.

Did you have to work with a studio to get the license for the Twilight Zone or did PPS take care of it since it's for the pinball machine?

OP teletub Did you do a Mata Hari lockdown bar?

#24 6 years ago

I like this a lot. The lock bar is one of the most visible part of the whole game and there has to be a market for this.

#25 6 years ago

Would look great on my Raven.

How much for a twilight zone like you have pictured with a supplied lockdown bar? That is pretty awesome.

When it reaches 4 figures, someone wants it badly. Until then people are toying around. Not that I think it is worth that much, people are just that crazy.

I don't think that's a bad price for that lock bar, it's amazing! What's a plain new bar cost? $100? Seems more than fair at what it's at now. Who knows what it will finish at, but so far, it's a good deal I think.

Great for OP. One of a kind, beautiful and good taste. Well done.
