I finally finished cleaning and fixing up the lights, plastics, and other stuff on the Dr. Dude. (Still need to work on the drop targets and electronic issues, but that's for another thread)
To replace the missing Big Shot figure, I went to Family Dollar and picked up a Sully from Monsters University and an Incredible Hulk. I swapped the heads, and gave them a new paint job to match the original (mostly). Pretty pleased with the end result!
