I think the LE bandwagon is starting to see it's limitations. A lot of avid LE buyers around here, stopped buying the LE's, as they are no longer feeling the LE's are worth the extra money. Could be trickling down the used market as well.

Also, he has it stated at $7750 rather than $7500. It seems just about every game these days that is in that price range is struggling to sell. For some reason people are willing to pay $8700 to $9500 for NIB LEs and then when they get tired of them the market got flooded with attempted sales. The bubble is happening for higher priced games. How long will people be able to continue to buy NIB games close to $10k and then sell them at a 15 to 25% loss within a year or two? Most people I know are already maxed out on space so something has to give and eventually that something will be NIB sales numbers.
You always had a huge loss when it came to selling after buying NIB. It's only the past 7 years or so, that people were recouping a higher % when it came time to sell. Things are starting to go back to the way it was, when you took a good size hit after opening the box. It's kind of like buying a new car. Horrible in terms of finances.
