Can anyone tell me the latest/best home ROM for TAF? and does it possibly have a ball save?

I have the gold roms because I wanted a buy-in button and I am getting a colordmd. There is no ball save really except if your initial launch hits 'absolutely' nothing. Its very old school in that regard. Very different from my IJ.
I prefer the gold ROM. The only drawback is the random Cousin It's Hideout award. The extra quotes make up for it though IMO.

I don't recall any TAF ROMS having a ball save.
Most people seem to run the gold ROMS. I'm not aware of a specific advantage to running the H-3 CPU... so I've typically used the LX3 coin-op CPU.
