Um, why are you going through so much trouble for the insert art??? Printing and applying water-slide decals works and is quick n easy........my guess is you are trying something "different" for kicks, trying to replicate a screen-print process???
Gov, would you sell a set of vinyl cut-outs for Taxi? I am restoring mine and may be re-painting the grey as well - how tough was it to get a close match for that grey??

True, if airbrushing the borders, might as well do the numbers also, just watch for a slight raise due to the paint applied.....
