Hi

I have recently bought my first Gottlieb pinball machine which is a CueBall Wizard. But the machine is acting very weird. Normally you would expect to have 3-ball mode but the machine just continues with ball 4, ball 5 etc. and the display keep count of each ball. I have played up to 17 balls before I turned the machine off. The problem occurs both in normal and tournament mode (free play). Any ideas what could cause this strange behavior?

Wow. That's weird. Have you tried reverting to factory default settings?

No, haven't done that. I will do it later today and let you know about the result.

I have now revert to factory default settings and that solved the problem! I should have thought about it myself. Many thanks for your help!
