My CueBall wizard flipper is sticking in the upright position.. When I turn the machine off from under the cabinet it goes down.. Then when I turn it back on from under the cabinet it stays down, but when I hit the start button it goes up and stays up?? any help would be appreciated... Thanks Bill

Might be worn linkage in between the rod and clamp. Turn your machine off and lift the play field and work the flipper by hand from underneath. It should operate smoothly from one position to the other (up & down).

check your flipper switches.
sounds like one is stuck on and when you start a game it enegizes the coil.
or maybe a bad coil driver on the mpu?
