Fixed this same fuse blowing issue on mine. Culprit was the right, green, sidepocket target switch was bent back and closed. Adjusted that target switch and no more blown fuses during ball 3 MB.

Correction. The Gottlieb Smart Target switch itself is bad and was causing the F27 fuse to blow. Replacement switch is on the way, but as a quick fix to continue playing, just unplug the switch connector under the playfield.
