I like these, but curious if they reflect any light back into the game like a mirror ones?

The vinyl is shinny. It reflects light as any glossy vinyl.
The light reflected is weak and illuminates the game a little, although not as much as a bulb does on the mirror ones. But it's strong enough for your eyes to see.

You can do it with the pf on. But we suggest that you take it off.
On the Sterns it's easy to lift the pf a little and hold it on top of one side of the cabinet. Then you change to the other side to apply the other decal.
After you apply the decals, you can readjust them until you are happy with the position, like it happens with all laminated vinyls that have a sticky side.
