I'm also new to crypto, but I must say that this S*!T really does seem too good to be true. I started 6 weeks ago and I'm up more than 50% overall, with ETH being my biggest winner with gains of 80%. The Market Caps on cryptos seem insane by any stretch of the imagination. IMHO, a bunch of them are likely extremely overvalued/oversold. I'm over here holding my breath that they continue on this type of upward trajectory, but I'm only investing a small portion of my overall funds on crypto, as it all seems a bit bubbly to me - hope I'm wrong on that front.

My crypto portfolio is (using coinbase for now):

65% ETH
25% BTC
5% ADA
5% (LTC, UNI, LINK & a couple other small cap long shots)

I've made more gains in the past 6 weeks on crypto than I have made all year in Stocks and I have 5 times the amount invested in stocks than what I have in crypto. It's hard not to put everything in crypto when you see returns like that. Not sure I have the stomach for that type of exposure though. I lived through the dot com bubble and crypto has a very similar speculative feel to it (IE - a few cryptos will make it just like amazon and ebay made it through the dot com bust, but the rest of the cryptos will crash and burn like pets.com and cars.com did, taking investors down with them.

Anyway, just my opinion - I've been wrong MANY times before!

Quoted from Spyderturbo007:

5 months of gains wiped out and still going. Every metric turning bearish, analysts calling it the next crypto winter, fear index close to its all time high, BTC dominance the lowest in years, derivatives market all bearish and you could go on and on.
There really isn’t anything pointing the other direction.

I'm newer to crypto, but agree that you have to look really hard to find anything that doesn't look like a bear market forming in crypto.

Quoted from Concretehardt:

Wow Coinbase sucks![quoted image]

Yeah same experience here, tried to buy ADA and MATIC on the dips and the first ADA purchase attempt never went through, tried again and it went through. The MATIC said it went through, but hasn't been added to my account nor taken from my bank... I guess I should upgrade to Pro? It's frustrating to try to buy and not be able to.
