Seems with the demand and need for their product line they should quit their day job and go full on?

Fair enough. Let me rephrase then.
Maybe with the demand for their products they should hire at least 1 full time person to keep production/sales on track. Seems like a person could definitely pay for themselves and let them do their thing.
