It seems to me, as a business owner, that adding an employee to deal with the mundane issue of returning emails and getting answers for their customers would go a long way in protecting their customer service reputation as they take their operation to the next level.
Let alone someone to just ship instock items. Or an automated email that they are on vacation and will ship on X date.
