I also own both CFTBL and MB, and in my opinion, you can't go wrong with either (MB is my all-time favorite game). As far as the price for Creature goes, $4300 is probably in the right neighborhood. To me, $4000 is about the level for a "nice" CFTBL, and then the price goes up or down from there depending on condition, mods, etc. If it's in great shape and completely tricked out, $5K isn't off base. The range on this particular game seems to be pretty wide.
