There's a few chaser lamps on my creech that don't work as thay should.

They only work in the chase mode.
Not in the fully on mode.

It's every 4th one,

I'm guessing it's one of the ics on the chaser board is busted?

Any ideas?

Yeah that sounds like normal behavior in fully on or test mode.
