With so much back and forth, arguing and unfortunate complaining on these forums, I wanted to take a moment and give a very big round of applause to the customer service reps at Jersey Jack Pinball.
We had a 45 minute phone call with them yesterday. The rep was able to not only troubleshoot a complicated problem, but offered what I consider to be an amazing solution. Faulty boards can be exchanged for a fee out of warranty versus purchasing costly replacements.
Top notch friendly service and an amazing game.
