You have multiple problems. My suggestions are 1) print a copy of the schematic and highlight your score motor switches. Carefully, with a flash light, check them all. Make sure the normally open are open and the normally closed are closed. Do not adjust. If ball in play and credit are still not cycling, then the game is not actually starting properly.
