Those are not error codes. If you go into service mode by hitting the button on coin door what does it say?
Seem completely normal to me. Game ROM L-9 and sound L-2 and date? No credit dot.
Credit dot is normally seen after free play text like "free play." on the dmd.

The game hasn’t been played in years. It flashed No date and time

There could be more reasons, but anyway, pressing the menu button should flash the errors on the screen for you. And you need to learn the buttons to set the time and date.
