I currently use Paypal at a 3% fee for my credit card - I checked with my bank and they are not much better. Anyone use anything else out there with lower rates ? Any help / leads are appreciated for a better option.

If it is an out the door 3%, that is not bad... My current bs processor comes up to anywhere from 3.4% to 10% out the door. Fees on top of fees

Try Square www.squareup.com they will send you a free processor that plugs into your phone. They have other options for processors you can buy.All transactions are 2.75 percent. No matter which card is used. They accept all major cards as well. There are no monthly fees etc.Its not the cheapest rate but you can take payments anywhere you can get a signal with a cell phone. They are very easy to deal with.If you have any questions about them let me know.I have been using them for a while and have processed many high dollar payments through them no problems at all.Best of luck.Dave

I use square daily ... you pay a lower percentage (just below 3%) if you use the cardreader but 5% if you manually enter card info... the chip cardreaders run on bluetooth and are easy to use
