Called AE and was told I SOL. Only covered for 90 days as this is the agreement with the vendor. Not too pleased. Payments were made Nov 2012, Nov 2014 and Feb 2014. Paid if full

Call three times and it might be a Canadian thing but they cannot go back more then 90 days. even tried to escalate it to the fraud department. Fraud is only when the card is used without the users knowledge
