i just got this problem while playing, all the flasher lights stay on, doesn't matter what. i quickly turned off the machine because i didn't want it to burn over.
I think it is a transistor but wanted to get opinion from my friends here on pin side, knowing what transistor to check and so on 
I would pull the driver board and test the components. That's where all the transistors that control the lamps and flashers are.
