I did a swap on this title (it's why I hate it). Take extra care with the star rollovers if you haven't done one before. It has 8 and it takes forever to make sure they don't stick
Quoted from CrazyFliprFingrs:What did you swap it with? All new PF or a used one?
CPR repro. It's not their fault they do warn you about the star rollovers. I took a new star and carved up the point so it wouldn't lock into the insert. I then used a sharp exacto to clean the trim in the star until it moved freely.
before I fit a permanent star into the insert I put it in upside down and moved it around to make sure it didn't bind.
I still had to trim a little clear around a few after the star was installed to make sure it didn't bind.
If you need to remove one don't bother trying to save it. Cut the tab off the star and install a new one.
Quoted from EMsInKC:Was the insert full of clear in the slots or something?
It wasn't full but the points were narrowed. They talk about it here in the install instructions https://classicplayfields.com/playfields/
