    Honestly, the ad page itself screams scam.

    "USED [...]/FLIPPERS" - who calls the machine flippers? But I could let that slide as someone just being strange. But once you start reading the descriptions:

    "only if connect the display its are in short circuit"
    "good general shape , but not start blows the fuse of alimentator box , **any stupidity**"
    "just little usually wear on 'terrifyng ' write"

    All of these broken sentences, including many that are just gibberish. It reads a lot like the common "hello I am a rich prince" scam.

    I'm glad OP didn't get screwed but there are a lot of red flags that should warn people to not even make the first contact.

    But the ad wasn't in Europe. That's my point. Like I said, the descriptions read exactly like the poor wording and spelling you'd find in the old (though still extremely common) rich prince scam.
