Made by the Wico Corp. now defunct, who used to supply the gaming and pinball industry with aftermarket parts. Based in Chicago, where else...?
Cavalier88..this one had no fluid in the reservoir when I got it. I took it apart, was filled with rust, so I cleaned it out, used a brake cylinder hone to break up the rust, put in a new copper seal between the two halves and two new O rings on the piston, and it worked like new. No leaks, nice smooth operation.
Looking at it, I would bet it'd be fairly easy to duplicate. Mostly angle iron and flat steel bars, very simple in its design. All welded construction and lifts the pins easily. Hit the foot pedal, and it's like a screen door closing.
