Vaco, Xcelite, Kline, Proto, Matco, MAC and Snap-On are all top of the line. Kline actually owns Vaco.

I own a bunch of Wera tools, but I wouldn't take a Wera set of nut drivers over Vaco or Proto because of those have completely colored handles. The Wera's aren't easily identified. Same with Klein. They have colored collars and/or colored hex's on the top of the handle. Not really practical if you are trying to ID a proper size with your hands full.
