I'm looking at updating my Last Action Hero to version 1.13 (i've bought a blank EPROM and programmer), but I've read conflicting / incomplete information as to whether the display rom also needs to be updated as well? I've never updated the CPU / rules previously and I haven't been able to find a post that walks through the entire process for a machine and / or whether that process is manufacturer specific. Any help would be greatly appreciated. My system is currently running a dutch version of the 1.03 CPU. Thanks
