I didn't take it that way at all. I think the ones who complain are louder than the ones who are appreciative and that is true with anything. Would I like to see the crackling issue resolved? Absolutely, but I know you guys would as well. And it will get figured out eventually. 3 of my 4 System 11s have new CPR playfields and I'm happy as can be about that. My Taxi jackpot is written in Sharpie on my original playfield. My original Cyclone playfield was beat to death and had a gash. I thought my Whirlwind playfield wasn't too bad, but compared to my CPR playfield? There is no comparison. Keep at it and know there are lots of folks very thankful. What a great hobby we have and I enjoy it all the more thanks to what you guys have accomplished!

I've never seen even a nice taxi playfield. All been played to death. Now I have a beautiful like glass better than new playfield.
