Quoted from Stu:We don't have a Sanding Unit wide enough to handle the wood size
So, out of curiosity....
What does a sanding unit like that look like? What's the cost involved in upgrading? I'd love some behind the scenes info on the process of creating reproduction playfields.

This thing is a $4,000 monster that could do any playfield short of Hercules.

Crowdfund it. I'll chip in. Don't even ask me how much I contributed for some dude's potato salad kickstarter.....

Do the playfields get fed in from top to bottom or side to side?
Congo, Congo, Congo. It's gaining in popularity, and even though there weren't many made, most of the ones that are out there have been chewed up quite a bit from being played so much ... because it's just so damn fun.
PLEASE consider Congo - look how fast PFs on Ebay sell. I'd bet there's a bigger market than you'd think for it.
Quoted from mcluvin:Regarding BSD, everytime I see Gary Oldman's bare chest on that playfield I cringe. How about a total redo of the art on that thing?
I love me some Oldman. But man, that shot... There could be a lot more great artwork from that film used on the pf.
Oh did anybody mention that you guys should do BSD?
Quoted from Bryan_Kelly:BSD would be big. Plastics coming along with ramps soon.
+1

Agreed. Winona Ryder's chest would be much preferred.
Party zone is awesome, and can be bought for less than 2k ( I think), and almost every pf shows wear to the wood
Quoted from SteveW:Agreed. Winona Ryder's chest would be much preferred.
Though you don't see much of her in the movie, Monica Bellucci would be my choice.

Quoted from John_I:Of the ones in the poll, I would chose "none of the above".
My suggestions:
Atari Superman
Paragon
Both widebodies and thus undoable at CPR right now.

Yeah unfortunately my top ten choices would be Gottlieb EMs and they are out of bounds too.
I know it goes against the rules of the poll, but an Elvira and the Party Monsters PF would be a welcome addition to the great CPR family! Especially since there's a real backglass now! . .Thanks for that! Beautiful!

Quoted from Stu:I've already done the artwork
Quoted from Stu:BoP is being done by someone else
You could still probably beat them to production by 2 years. That's how long we've been waiting!

Who's doing BOP?
I don't own one but a Shadow makes sense. So so many have sanctum wear. Popular title now too so betting would sell out.
How about a wide-body, licensed theme that has already been done?
Does anyone actually read anymore, or do they just shoot away comments? Sheesh.
Quoted from schudel5:I know it's not a DMD (but it is a WPC)...hows about Bride of Pinbot???
I second that. This game has grown in popularity lately and most of them are blown out.
You guys don't read do you....CPR is not doing BoP > someone else is...it's been mentioned on pinside a thousand times........

Some outfit (B&T Automaten or something like that) has had this in the works for a few years. Apparently, PPS picked this up recently and said that the reproductions are in the works. That was maybe 6 months ago? I haven't heard/seen anything since.
Now, we all need to be considerate of Stu and stop asking about BoP!!
None of my DMDs need new playfields. The only ones I need are older ones that CPR has already made (but didn't make enough of) or older ones they have yet to make.
Quoted from Stu:You guys don't read do you....
I read Stu!
Seriously though... BSD should be on the top of your list!
