Quoted from exflexer:We should have a sticky post called "Stu is mad". This happens fairly often.
No need to make it personal
Stu puts a lot of time into reproducing this artwork
He finishes one project and we demand to know 'what is next?'
If Stu is not the spokesperson for CPR then maybe he should stop speaking for CPR and let Kevin promote his wares
Communication seems to be missing
This dust-up seems to stem from no communication between PPS, Kevin and Stu
Quoted from Frax:More likely he will be giving the films to other production houses. He's generalized in other threads that he doesn't like everything coming out of one house, that's why we've got Mirco running crap, the supposed BOP playfield guys (not) running crap, etc etc. These other production houses from what I take it were supposed to be up and running a lot faster than they are. I don't get why we can't support the one that's actually producing, and why we gotta try and help all these failures (Okay, Mirco isn't really a "failure" but gotta admit there have been some issues...) when the equipment to do all this costs SO MUCH that even a larger operation (relative) like CPR can't afford a sander to do widebody playfields. /shrug At some point you've got to wonder if competition is helping or hurting things more. I don't see Mirco or anyone else running plastics, either.
Have to agree with your POV
The market can only sustain a few companies reproducing plaufields
I can afford to buy only about half of what CPR produces
Quoted from Stu:You still don't have "all" the information regarding this subject.....and I can't go into it......
Yes you can
What are they going to do, contact the Godfather and you end up sleeping with the fishes?
