NEW RELEASE! Gottlieb JOKER POKER playfields - GALLERY UP and Preorder Group Being Contacted....

PREORDER GROUP BEING CONTACTED August 18th to September 20th.
Please be patient, as usual we contact the group in waves of 15-20 people at a time,
every few days, to get these out the door in an orderly fashion.

REPRO vs. ORIGINAL
So why would you want a reproduction? Sometimes pictures speak a thousand words.
Let's take a look at how dramatic of a fresh start a new playfield for your Joker Poker makes...

Side by side. The true tale of the tape. From this broad overview, the first thing easily noticed is the return
to the original clean colors. As seen in the Gallery Photos, most of the original colors currently only reside
underneath posts and rails on your original playfield. Now you can enjoy those colors back out on all the
visible areas !

Production Notes:
There are several Production Notes listed with corresponding photos in the Gallery, check it out.....

Beautiful work Stu, they look great!

#3 8 years ago

Looks beautiful! Can't wait for mine....

#4 8 years ago

Stu, any word on when Banzai Run will get put back on the pre order list?

#6 8 years ago

Looks great, but the preorder page is starting to get a little short. Time to start adding some more playfields back to the list, "Skataball back please".

Getting excited, Medusa is getting close.

Keep up the good work guys.

Looks great. Joker Poker is one of the best pins from the 70's. If I already didn't have a nice original I would be all over this.

#9 8 years ago

Hey owners, I've got a line on a $75 project Joker Poker (electronic version). Should I pick it up and restore it now that these parts are available? The reviews I've read on the game seem very positive.

#10 8 years ago

I would be all over this for $75......Great Game !

For $75, I wouldn't blink twice if it was half way decent. If it was severely water damaged or full of termites, I would probably pass...

If it had a good backglass I'd take it for $75 and decide what goes to the dump later.

#15 8 years ago

Super excited!!!!!
Was in the first 5 to sign up,in my humble opinion,Joker Poker is one of the all time greats.
I have Solid State one with the Pascal board. Thanks to JT Amusements. thanks CPR.

#16 8 years ago

Man - wish I was on the list for this one.

#17 8 years ago

Looks great.
Any word on Diner in the near future like 2016

True. Though so far, most of the basement finds I've come across haven't had terrific backglasses.

#19 8 years ago

This playfield looks awesome. Makes me want to find a game to put one in.

Yes - EM playfield has the freaky clown. Although I still love you Joker Poker - even with the freaky clown...

#21 8 years ago

I'm on the list but still am hoping to find a machine to put this in, otherwise I'm building one from scratch! I like a lot of the Sys1 games, but would really like a Joker Poker above the rest for my collection.

Stu, I didn't see anything about it, but was wondering if there would be a discount for getting the backglass at the same time.

#22 8 years ago

I don't know, Kevin does all that ( if we have enough product in-stock to offer it ). If we are offering a 'bundle' then it will be noted in the eMail you receive for Pre-Order Payment.....

Already got a PM about this from Kevin who must have either seen this thread or heard from you, either way it's taken care of, thanks!

Yeah, the backglass on this one is pooched. THe playfield isn't much better. The cabinet needs work as well, and this is all before looking at the electronics. I'd say $75 is a decent price for it considering all that I'll have to invest to get it gameroom worthy. Going to get a second look this weekend.

This was a very cool playfield to redraw. I'm so glad of how excellently well it turned out.
Thanks to everyone at CPR!

#26 8 years ago

You did a fine job sir!

#28 8 years ago

I have a used Joker Poker glass that I removed when I bought a new one if anyone is interested. I can send some pics. It's in nicer shape than most but I replaced it since it wasn't as nice as the rest of my machine. PM me for details.

#29 8 years ago

Got my message yesterday and sent payment so others should be getting messages too.

#35 8 years ago

I think I have lost my mind.

#36 8 years ago

Stu, when will these be shipping for those that have already paid and received gold?

#37 8 years ago

Sorry, but I don't understand your question.....If you already Paid and "Received" your gold playfield then why worry about shipping???

Quoted from loren3233:

Stu, when will these be shipping for those that have already paid and received gold?

#38 8 years ago

Sorry Stu, I was not to clear there. Have these shipped out for those that have paid already?

#39 8 years ago

We still have several in Clear-Coating, so once they are ready they will be shipped to the customers that have paid-n-full....

#40 8 years ago

Got mine last week. Fine work by CPR and David Eisner yet again.

if someone wants these playfields but don't have the game. I got one for sale.

#43 8 years ago

I got one as well...

#44 8 years ago

The gold looks fantastic, really sharp and it's going to be probably the best looking game I'll have. Building a game from various machines and parts but very much looking forward to having a fast and mean game.

I'm building my Joker Poker from 3 junk playfields a CPR bg and playfield and a Cleopatra cabinet...the game is affectionately known as JokerPatra. I'm planning on building my own boards controlled by a Raspberry Pi

#46 8 years ago

Mine will be in a Cleo cab as well! (Repainted of course). I went ahead and ordered the Pascal All-in-one. Figured the rest was mostly new... BG and PF look great, still need to get plastics.
