About to rebuild my time expander and read somewhere that there were clearance issues once the mini was swapped with Cliffy's installed. Anyone deal with this? I could trim the mini on my table saw if it was necessary. Any advice appreciated.

You may have to move the PF back in the cut out hole for it a bit. Mine fit fine with all 3 cliffy's, others have not.
DO NOT trim the mini, but enlongate the holes in the mounting bracket instead. You shouldn't have to go back too far (under a 1/4" easily), so it would be less risky to just enlongate the holes, IMO.
I would do a quick test fit before hand myself.
