Most likely correct, because when I'm looking to do new "Artwork" I want an "untouched" original NOS sample so that I can create the most accurate artwork possible. Using a "touched-up" playfield opens up the door for duplicating someone else's mistakes if it has a bad touch-up job ( and I have seen some horribly wrong touch-up jobs ). However, when we are doing the CAD File Development we specifically want a "used" playfield ( and could care less about the artwork ) because we know the board came out of a game and therfore is usable. On the other hand, we do not use another manufacturers run as a Sample for us to follow. IE: we would never use an I{B version of TAF for creating our CAD FIle, Nor would we use it for Scanning to create new artwork.....Everything we use is Original from the OEM.......
Quoted from toyotaboy:and touched up all the art, but because it was in photoshop (not vector format) that CPR wouldn't take it.
