Do we have any CPAs that specialize in taxes on Pinside?
I want to ask a question or two regarding filling out a Form 982 for forgiveness of indebtedness from my deed-in-lieu from late 2017/early 2018, and I am having a hard time interpreting some of the language.
I am TDY away from home, hence, why I am checking here. If not, I can go in for a consultation in the near future - figured I'd ask here first.
