Recently picked up a shadow and I am having a couple game play issues.
1. Lower ramp shot into the diverter(when to the Left) is sending the ball off of the habitrail 3 out of 5 times or so.
2. Lock magnet is triggering multiball but not holding ball maybe 1 out of every 5 times.
Any tips on tweaking things to fix these problems would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

The ball flying off the habitrail means you need to make some adjustments to the wire form/ramp. As far as the magnet not always holding, that could be a few things. Start reading!
Good looking out RonB. I was going to suggest the same thread as it covers a lot of ground. I had the same magnet issue and found out the prior owner had repaired a sanctum wear spot with a little too much compound, so the magnet was only working sporadically due to the thickness. I hope yours is easy to fix as it's such a great game when everything is working smoothly.
