e.g. the first 20 odd minutes of the second movie just being "them getting horses" so they ride to the actual start of the movie. The one review I have seen so far does not fill me with hope; if the best parts of the hobbit trilogy have already been seen, this movie must be one weak sack of crap:

Oh well, worst case scenario is I am wrong and this movie pleasantly surprises me. Kinda like what can come out of the hobbit pinball at this point. Hmmph.
So far the reviews on Rotten Tomatoes look really favorable.
