The first response is the best one. You're simply not going to find those listed pins for anywhere even approaching $1000. A couple of parts on a MM might run you that much alone.
$1000 gets you a "borderline" DMD game at best. Maybe a beat-up Black Rose or No Fear. But hey, any pinball is better than none. An 80s or 90s solid state is the best bet, especially to give you experience in maintaining, repairing and cleaning your pin.
