Corvette
Bally, 1994got a question on my corvette there is a little flapper on the motor that once the ball goes into the motor it will keep the ball from rolling back out. well sometimes it doesnt flip up to allow the ball to go to the ball lock mutiball holding area. is there any fix for this???
the only reason to get going again is to wait for the ball search to trigger all the coils and then the motor rocks and it will fall into place. i am guessing this could be somewhat a common problem????
Never heard of it before. You'll need to get in there and figure why your little flapper isn't 100%.
Could be dirty, need adjusting, if it gets pulled by a spring on a wire arm on a coil be sure the spring hasn't slipped out of place. See if anything got bent or broken. Etc.

yeah problem is it doesnt happen all the time so sorta weird. yes it does get pulled by the coil. so will have to check it out.
