Hello all! Last night fired up the Corvette pin and got the clanging sound to check service menu. Seems the LT5 was not intializing or something like that. Played the game anyway and noticed the ball would get stuck in the motor and just sit right in the middle instead of draining out to the left. Went to the test menu and did the LT5 test. It failed. That was test 16. Machine menu says test 18 is ZR1-LT5 adjust procedure. I look in my manual and in the manual it makes no mention of a adjust procedure. Says test 18 is empty ball test. Machine says empty ball test is 19. Was there a change in Corvette manufacturing and maybe I have the wrong manual? Anyway, screwed around with it and now it seems to be working normal. Don't know what I did if anything so I am thinking it is not fixed. Any ideas what to look for? Thanks!!!!!!!!

Quoted from ChrisHibler:

Your game ROM has been updated since the manual was printed. No big deal.
LT5 errors are a booger.
The Wiki has the best info I know of...including the link to a page that "Cliffy" put together.

Quoted from LOTR_breath:

Found it!

interesting.....I found out early production models did not have this adjustment. My shop manual does not have the ZR1 Adjust test 18 listed but the machine shows it in test menu. Chris Hibler says no worries, someone updated the rom. Then LOTR shows the diagram where the adjustment hole is. I go look at my pin and the hole is there where it is supposed to be BUT it is filled with red putty!!!!!Start up screen shows rom is REV.LA-2 Wassup with all this?????? Just booted pin up and everything still seems ok.
