ok I'm going to jump in
I have spent many hours just playing with this kind of idea not to do but just to keep the wheels turning
I think some logic chips
each score component 5000 3000 becomes input to chip now check score reel did it get both inputs
if not what did it score 5000 or 3000 run score motor for missed score (or missed input)
each score switch gets an input to chip
we are only dealing with 1's or 0's here and ic's are pretty cheep
